50ml Maker's Mark bourbon
10ml Benedictine
12½ml Monin Gingerbread Syrup
3 drops Angostura bitters
20ml lemon juice
50ml apple juice
ginger beer
1 cinnamon stick

Warm the spirits, bitters and juices. Pour into a dimpled half-pint glass, the kind used in pubs, and fill to the top with ginger beer. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
