Willett’s Single Barrel, also known as Willett’s Pot Still Reserve, is from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. As the name suggests, it is a single barrel bourbon whisky aged for between eight and 10 years and bottled at ABV 47%.

Willet is a name with a long history in bourbon whisky. Kentucky Bourbon Distillers was founded by Lambert Willet in 1935 and was known then as The Willett Distilling Company. Most importantly, though, the bourbon whisky is itself incredible. Each bottle will have its own unique characteristics due to the bottling from a single barrel, but none are restricted to an age. As the saying goes, age is just a number -- for Willet’s Single Barrel the balance and maturity of the bourbon is more important than any number. More...
